Secure payment

  • We accept credit cards from all major credit card networks, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We use Stripe as the only payment method at the moment. It's a smooth and reliable tool that takes safety very seriously. For more information on how Stripe handles information, read the privacy policy on their website .

    We are working on adding more payment methods, such as paying by invoice. Do you want to book a trip for your company? Learn more about how that works under All Aboard for businesses .

    Wondering why we charge in EUR?

    While gathering the cheapest tickets from the train operators, prices come back to us in Euro. When the purchase is complete, the money will be deducted from your account according to current exchange rate applied by your bank.

  • For the services we provide in collecting tickets from all of our train operators, collecting and packaging tickets for your train trip as well as being ready for your questions regarding even the tiniest of problems, we charge a service fee for every purchase. You'll see the service fee listed in the checkout summary and in the booking confirmation email if you've already paid.


Refunds & Complaints

  • If you feel unsatisfied with the services we offer, we'd like to hear from you so that we know what we can do better in the future. The best way to do this is to talk to us through the Intercom bubble in the lower right corner, or send us an email at support@allaboard.eu .

Deals & offers

  • With many train operators, you can earn so-called loyalty points when you buy a ticket. These points can later be used as discounts on future ticket purchases or on snacks and other things in the bistro. Unfortunately, we're currently unable to offer a way to enter any loyalty point information for external train operators, but this is something we're planning on introducing in an upcoming release of All Aboard.
