When searching for a longer ride, we show up to help you set up the best route. You'll get tips on good ways to travel from A to B, help with choosing places to stay overnight and when it's most convenient to go.
The number of routes we can recommend depends on availability, distance and duration. Some routes are hand picked by experts to offer the most convenient trip with smooth transfers and interesting layovers. Other routes are created by our algorithms which try to create routes that either get you from A to B as fast as possible or routes with less time spent on trains and more layovers.
Is the recommended layover not perfect for you? That's fine. You can use a recommended route as sort of a template. Choose the one that is closest to what you're up for, and change layover in the next step to something that suits you better.
We are constantly working on making our recommendation engine better. If you get strange results, we'd be happy to hear what you have to say.
